Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
Areas of Financial Opportunities
General Budget Needs
OneMission- The OneMission gifts are used to provide for community mission needs. Areas covered are as follows: Local ministry groups such as Potter's House, Brothers Keepers, Damascus Road, Jacob's Well.
Annie Armstrong Offering (North America Missions).
Margaret Lackey State Offering
Cooking Meals on a monthly basis for Arden Hospice Clients (normally 80 to 100 meals)
Disaster Funds (church families, community, North America and International).
Capital Needs and Improvements
Cemetery Refurbished and Upkeep
A Special Opportunity is a December 1-3 Juniper Grove Giving Week, In keeping with the spirit of Giving Tuesday we are offering the opportunity to give over and beyond regular giving a special gift toward any of the above areas. Also, is your gift to Lottie Moon International Offering may be made at this time. This is a good time to catch up on gifts if you have fallen behind. Or, in case you have not made a gift in 2024 this is a great time to do.
