- Pastored for 16 years.
- Served as Director of Missions in Pearl River Baptist Association for 16 years leaving in 2000 to become the Director of Missions
- In 2017, moved from missions mobilization to become the Missions Leader for all mission areas of the State Convention.
- Coordinated and/or established connections in 81 nations and
- After retirement in 2020 from the Mississippi Baptist Convention, Ken and Elaine accepted the pastorate of Juniper Grove. Ken and Elaine have two children and five grandchildren.

Children's Missions
Mission Friends, GAs and RAs will begin meeting on Sunday, September 11. Meeting times will be 6pm - 7pm each Sunday. GAs is a missions discipleship group for girls in grades 1–6 . RAs is a missions organization for boys in grades 1-6. Mission Friends is for boys and girls in PreK through Kindergarten.
